Delivery

UK Next Working Day Delivery

• Our Next Working day delivery service is free on all UK orders over £20. For orders under £20 delivery is £4.99.
• Order before 12pm for next working day delivery for UK and Northern Ireland, delivered Monday to Friday excluding weekends. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday your order will be delivered on the next working day
• Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.
• Most delivery services will provide a 1-hour time slot for estimated arrival by SMS and email (if details are provided at checkout)

We run a Monday to Friday service, delivering between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the items will be delivered on the next working day.

International Delivery

Returns Process

• The cost for returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

Prices and Postage

• Prices are calculated automatically by the Shopping Cart upon checkout.
• Total prices where applicable and delivery to the UK only is subject to delivery charges. We will not ship to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Russia and Far/Middle East Countries due to Customs Regulations on the products.
• Orders are dispatched either by courier for next day delivery (not including Saturday / Sunday, or 1st Class and Special Delivery for orders over £150.00. We use Airmail & International signed services, as appropriate.
